Walked in and ordered 3 large buckets of chicken to go for a Church function. Manager was up front and responsive and said it would be 30 to 45 minutes. Appreciated the time factor as it gave me a chance to head out and perform some errands. Came back and walked out after 45 minutes. Time was spot on. Chicken hit the spot with all parishioners.

Experience was fine. Food was fine. Everything was fine until worker Mel decides she had to come out into the dining room and sweep all around me while I’m trying to enjoy my meal. Although the dining room looked like it hadn’t been swept in awhile and needed it why would you be literally touching the bottom of my feet with the broom under my table. Is this supposed to be funny or are you saying it’s time for the dining room to close? It was nowhere near closing time for the restaurant. Seemed kinda rude to me. Then she had the nerve to say “You’re good.”like I was asking if I was in her way when I said are you busy. Must’ve had headphones on or something. Who trains or manages some of these people if at all. You couldn’t wait till I was done ? Where’s the common sense?

You have arrived at one of the oldest ole school chicken restaurants in America. KFC has been around for years omg . The same taste is still the same. I have been to special events , reunions , and celebration. You can always taste the special flavor of KFC delicious . This is good everywhere I have been. It speaks well for the overall company. Your reputation continues to compete with other popular restaurants. Shout-out to you guys for your legendary status. Otherwise, just maybe a makeover for Mr. Sanders . I recently stopped by for some brunch, and the service was good as always . They must have been expecting a large crowd of customers. Ordered ahead on the app for a quick pick up. When I got there to pick up my food, they had someone else’s order in the bag that had my name on it. When I asked, they stated that they had just put the wrong name on that bag and the other bag was mine. The bag was sealed so I assumed that the bag I actually got was correct. When getting home I found out that assumption was incorrect. The shorted me 4 pieces of chicken and a side. I’m not happy. Check your bags before you take them home. They don’t understand their job or how to read or both.
