My first experience I had to wait 30 minutes for the chicken. They never have what you order. I order a meal and when I got to the window they informed me that they didn’t have it. The chicken looked awful! The breading on the chicken was dry crispy like it had sat a while under heat light. Some of the pieces were so greasy that I couldn’t eat them. But the mashed potatoes and gravy were good and the green beans tasted like they were just poured out of the can. They had no seasoning! You know if management doesn’t take pride in the food they serve to the public it puts a stain on the store. When I walked in my mother’s house with the KFC my brother asked me where I got it and I told him and he just shook his head and said that is the worst chicken around. And it was! I don’t live in Chattanooga anymore but when I did I always got my chicken at this location and it was always good. Clean up your act and take some pride in the food you serve the community and people will appreciate your efforts of bringing the glory back to the Colonel Sanders recipe!

The management is REDICULAS!! Rude when placing the order. Had to repeat and repeat the order. Waited for a REDICULAS amount of time for our food. The drinks are not even medium as it said that comes with the meal. This is the WORST kfc I have ever been too. Employees leaving the restaurant with food and we sit waiting for ours. Finally get the food and everything is small. This location needs to be SHUT DOWN.

I got a spicy chicken sandwich that ended up being two chicken tenders instead of a chicken patty. The fries were not even halfway filled. The food was cold while the drinks were hot. Don’t get delivery from here. It will just disappoint you. :/

Ordered a pot pie meal, and a famous bowl meal, had to repeat order twice, got the combo meal no utensils to eat with! Trip inside to correct my order, after standing at the register for over 5 minutes someone ask if she could help me when I explained my issue she became irritated said she took my meal and I should be planner about what wanted! When I said just give me some utensils then she walked off! 5 employees all on their personal phones which indicated to me why my order wasn’t as I ordered!

I go to this KFC all the time and I gave it three stars because this place is either a hit or miss sometimes I go and they forget to give me stuff on my food or its cold and then I get days where everything was hot the service was pleasant and it just seems like somebody else took over the entire store
