We placed an online order. When we went in, the cashier said they hadn’t even started the order yet. We sat down at the table and waited. 25 minutes later they put up the order and yet said nothing about it being ready despite numerous asks if it was ready. We even told them we were in the restaurant. The cashier was not friendly or helpful at all. She didn’t even act as though she wanted to be there. Even when we checked on the order they acted as if they didn’t care about us at all. 2 other people had to check on their orders as well. I still wonder how they even stay in business. They are so slow. They even had chicken come up while we waited yet they seemed to not have the capacity to fill an order. I definitely wouldn’t recommend eating here if you want anything fast. The food was okay. Nothing Id go out of my way for again.

Our food was great, however it took FOREVER to get. We watched three other customers that ordered after us get their orders while we waited twenty minutes for ours. The restaurant smelled musty despite just being cleaned and there were knats flying around us while we ate. Since it took forever to get our food we were there close to closing getting us dirty looks from unhappy workers. We did try to hurry and eat.

I asked for a singular item so that I could try it according to the already advertised signs and posters and specifically asked for it as just so I could have it, new chicken nuggets. The person taking my order then proceeded to ask me for everything else, drink and fries, like my desire to go through a drive-through for a quick snack did not even matter. I gave in, but the experience has been unsettling.

This KFC has had its ups and downs but it appears to be on the track back up and doing better. While I still wasn’t given the right pieces of chicken iordered, it was still ho and delicious and I enjoyed it nonetheless. This is in stark contrast of what it used to be. Everything was horrible at this location but it seems like it’s getting better.
