DON’T EAT HERE!!!! The biscuits are like hockey pucks. The chicken and fries must have been laying around for over an hour or so. I do not recommend this Kentucky fried Chicken. I gave it two stars because the gentleman who took our order was polite and professional. Unfortunately the food wasn’t up to or even close to decent.

I have a family of 6 and a pregnant wife who all like chicken legs. I tried to order a bucket of legs which I have done before from different locations. One of the staff there said they could then another manager came up and said no we can only do 4 legs. I then asked if I could do just dark meat and she said no. She was very rude during this interaction and acted though I was inconveniencing her by asking for something that I know KFC can do and offers. We ended up calling the KFC in gray and they were like yeah no problem we can do a bucket of legs. It’s worth the extra 8 min drive to do business with a place that cares for their customers.

When I came up to the register I sat there for a minute while the employees looked at me but didn’t even say hello Wait a minute nothing. So I went off to the bathroom and came back and finally I was greeted by the same person that stared at me the first time. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal. Sandwich was already made but had to wait on fresh fries. When I finally got my food the chicken sandwich was dry and like rubber so they made me a fresh one. The place was very slow at the time so you would think the lobby would be cleaned, but not that there were still several tables that were dirty and the floor was dirty but the employees are just sitting around doing nothing. These places really need to start looking at better management.

Don’t do it to yourself. Do not order from this location. I paid $16 for chicken thighs. I got the worst batch of chicken known to mankind. It was small and had hardly any meat on the chicken. I’m used to paying this much in Maryland for large chicken thighs. This place should be ashamed of themselves for even being open. And all the sides tasted nasty. Why is the food so bad down here? This is the second time I had a disappointing dining experience. You couldn’t even keep a child full with how little the chicken thighs looked. It was a mockery to the business brand. I am calling the bank and getting a refund as soon as it post on my account.

This has to be the worst KFC in the whole us. The staff is very rude and acts like they don’t even want to be there or care about there customers. The lobby is always a complete disaster as is behind the counter as well. 98% of the time they don’t have stuff that’s on the menu. I don’t understand how a chicken place is always out of chicken? And the price for the so called pieces of chicken is ridiculous. You go spend 60$ on a family meal and get breast the size a child’s hand. And that’s even if they have breast. If not they just throw even smaller stuff in to replace it ( and not extra to make up size difference). And this family size sides is an absolute joke. One table spoon of mashed potatoes or macNcheese is a toddlers helping of a side. I’m not sure who the franchise owner is of this location is ? But they really really need to take a good look at their store. I know you are not making the capital you would like. But if you would just put a little effort into it you’d see a huge difference. I know one little person won’t make a difference. And taking my business elsewhere isn’t going to really affect it. But as time goes by there will be more and more like myself. Place closes at 10:00 PM. I was there at 8:30PM. I waited 20 minutes for my order after being told it would be 3 minutes. I watched 4 employees stand around setting chairs on tables and and talking in between. The guy apologized for the wait but went no further. I understand things happen. I took my order and went on home. What I got was not what I ordered. What I got was something no one would order. The chicken was in a puddle of grease and has a weird grainy substance covering it. I am guessing the flavoring they use comes in powder form. I tried to eat it. I was sick within 10 minutes.

The biscuits were as hard as a rock, like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp since morning (fed them to the birds), and the chicken breasts were dry and chewy. I’ll not be back!
