I was a bit worried before I ordered from this KFC as there were few cars in the parking lot. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered pick-up and it was ready in 5 minutes. Most importantly, the staff was friendly and she got my name right! Believe it or not, though my name has only one syllable, it is unusual to pronounce. The chicken tasted fresh and was not overly salty. I didn’t eat in but the restaurant looked clean and cozy. This is our fried chicken spot now!

They think they’re a business, but in all aspects it’s a high school’s jungle gym, there’s always a wait time because food isn’t prepared, it’s fast food not a diner, if I wanted to wait I would have went to a diner. And Don’t forget you’ll see people have a good ole conversation instead of working. Management sucks.

My family ordered a bucket of chicken from this KFC we were so excited until we got the food home. The chicken was so small it only filled half the bucket and we couldn’t tell the chicken apart. Like I don’t think we got chicken breast? What happened to the quality of food these days? We ended up disappointed my niece got a chicken bowl she didn’t even eat it was that bad..smh

A little earlier today, I went on the KFC menu for Elizabethton to see if they had the “double down” sandwich. It was there. So I got in my car, headed down to the drive thru. The moment I asked for the “double down” , I was greeted by “I’m sorry, but we have discontinued them. We can still make them but we have no bacon. I asked if it would be the same price.. Without the bacon of course, but yes same price.” Without the bacon?? Should have been a couple dollars cheaper just to keep a customer or have offered something else. I decided to go somewhere else but said to the lady on the intercom, “I might be back in a bit”… Absolutely no reply!! Literally like it was not a big deal that they just lost a $25 customer order…
