Just got back to work after picking up KFC on my lunch break. Took a sip of root beer, then noticed some strange dark spots lining the inside of the cup. Took off the lid and found no less than 4 dead bugs stuck to the inside of the cup at the top. No telling how many more of them are floating in the remaining 95% of the drink. There is also no way this happened after I left, since the lid was sealed until I pierced it with my straw after returning to work. The food here is usually awesome, but I’m not sure I’ll ever go back after this. Absolutely disgusting.

a proper KFC clean well-staffed they make the chicken livers to order so you have to wait a couple of minutes food was fresh an excellent the chicken livers were better than steak better than fried oysters!!

There is a reason this KFC is rated significantly higher than the Johnson City location. We go out of our way to come to Piney Flats because the service is amazing and I feel as though the staff truly cares. The food is always made fresh and we have never had a bad experience or even sub par.

I always order 3 pc wing meal with two sides. I miss the bar-b-que baked beans they don’t have any more. The menu has changed a lot over the years. I ate at a KFC in Beijing, China a few years ago. Their menu is a LOT different. The Chinese EAT EVERYTHING! No kidding

Food is good KFC standard fair. One odd thing that has happened to me twice is I have ordered an original recipe chicken breast and am told “We do not have any ready it will be 18 minutes” It is 12:30, lunch time, and you did not anticipate someone might order your chicken? Other than that friendly staff.
