Clean restaurant, great staff, and fresh chicken. Manager was super nice on 7/28/23 at 6pm! Highly recommend this KFC. Normally at Knoxville locations, the chicken taste old and not worth the money. We bought a family 12 piece and it gets a 5 star.

This place was an absolute dive. There were 4-5 employees in the back goofing off while one took and handed out orders. I literally watched 5 or more fruit flies land on my food (that was cold by then) while the one employee took orders and the others would not help him!
