I asked for fresh chicken it is so dry and tough macaroni and cheese so dry and brown should have been thrown out hours ago, cashier at the drive-through window could not count the money to give me correct change took an extra at least 5 minutes, called back out there once I got home and opened the food, I do feel like they owe me another eight piece chicken dinner meal because chicken was not fit to eat nor was the macaroni and cheese Loudon location

They ran out of Spicy Sauce for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. They offered Nashville Hot or Jalapenos. We opted to try them. They were fine. Maybe they should be added to their menu. Just disappointing that they did not have what we ordered.

Review: For drive thru sign only. There needs to be lights inside of it. The parking lights is just glaring on the board. The board is also not very close to the curb & it’s behind the order screen. The sign needs a major upgrade to be properly functional.
