I would give ZERO stars if I could. Horrible service, nasty employees, dirty store. I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches, 1 spicy, 2 regular-plain (they are supposed to be cooked to order) 2 sandwiches had a room temp piece of chicken half the size of the bun and 1 sandwich I was given room temp tenders on instead (I okayed tenders but not cold dry ones) I called the store and they won’t answer. Their phone is off the hook. I called corporate and got told I could be sent a voucher but I have to spend it within 90 days and I have to spend it all at once or I lose the rest and then when I said that’s not good enough I was hung up on by corporate and now corporate won’t answer.

Slowest kentucky fried chicken i’ve ever been into 30 minutes in the line… Make no sense when the chickens already done.. I believe if there’s a good reviews on this place. Its most likely done by the staff themselves or their family.. Because this is the worst kentucky fried chicken probably in the US…overcooked food… Horrible customer service. We ordered our food through the app at 6:40pm. I did not get it till 7: 20pm. When I asked about my order lady said she did not see my order then shook her head and walked off. After 20 more minutes they finally found my order and made my food. Will not go back.

Horrible service. I was the only one in the drive thru and they took forever. I checked my order before I left and it was wrong so when I went back to the drive thru I had to wait while the employee smoked her cigarette in her car. She finally came back inside. The restaurant is so gross. I will never come back to this location! I would give all zeroes if I could.

I don’t usually write reviews . But today 6/14/2023 is the first day we get a fast service at the drive thru and the food is actually cooked “right” here in halls. Wish i knew the servers name or the cook coz they really done a good job. They maybe change employee/supervisor or even manager because this is such a good change ! Got home to find no coleslaw, gravy on potatoes when requested on the side (was on side plus on potatoes which I detest) so guess I just get chicken and biscuits. Not worth drive and time back.
