The cashier was super sweet, we were ok with a bit of a wait, but…. it took 25 minutes to get our food. Nuggets seemed just a tad undercooked and a chicken sandwich seemed a bit more undercooked than the nuggets. Fries seemed old. We normally love eating here but it will probably be awhile before we come back. Would have given one star but the sweet lady behind the counter pulled the score up.

Frequently out of many staple products (chicken fillets, taco beef, tomatoes, etc..). You are not aware of the out of stock items until you reach the ordering speaker. That means you have been sitting in line for several minutes, just to find out you can’t order the items you want. Drive thru service is always slow. On average, the wait for me is 25min.

I’d like to try the new KFC box, that’s advertised on TV, but from reading the recent reviews it’s apparent their service is still as bad as it’s always been. After the past 6 years of horrible KFC and Taco Bell experiences, I won’t be giving this lousy restaurant another try until they get a competent manager, or a competent regional manager. The Millington KFC isn’t much better. How can a chicken-only restaurant not have any cooked chicken available?

They gave you food that they couldn’t serve inside. The fried chicken was barely warm, and the fried skin was hard. I wanted legs, and they only had thights. Their service sucked, and the waitress wasn’t clear speaking to customers. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy.

Come inside after sitting in the drive thru for 30 min, and spend another 30 arguing with the staff about what food you’re supposed to have, as they fail 3rd grade English in front of your eyes and not be able to read their own tickets!

They all very popular in Millington. We welcome it back. They keep a line. But they run out of ck pot pies around rush hrs 6-8 a lot. At five They are full too. I give it a 4 for running out of popular item ar rush hour. One of they didn’t look so good.
