Ordered 2 two piece meals. 1 crispy 1 original both white meat. Both meals had legs and thighs and all 4 sides were wrong. 2 stars cause they had the lights on. Shoot yes, they deserve 20$/hour!! Customer service is dead.

If you want service don’t go here. However if you want to give them money and get less then half your meal or get it completely incorrect or wait 45 min. this is the place to go. I had to yell to try to get someones attention they look at me then ignore. Not just one person 4 people including the manager. I am a manager if I let my employees do have of what employees were doing I would be fired. This is the worst service I have ever had. Ever anywhere. I wish I could give negative stars but it does not allow me.

The food wasn’t good at all. The chicken looked really weird and had a gray spot on a piece. They are supposed to be popcorn chicken. The mashed potatoes and macaroni looked like they’d been sitting out for awhile like they were old. I wouldn’t recommend this KFC unfortunately and I definitely won’t be back.

My wife put in a mobile order and when we go to pick it up we were told they were out of chicken. So we asked if the could cancel the order since you can’t do it on the app. They directed us to call corporate, so we did and the person from corporate asked us who told us to call them and the fact that they were out of chicken and the manager started to yell at us. She started to scream that she was going to call the cops if we didn’t leave and all we wanted was her name so we could tell the customer service lady like she asked for. The supposed manager started to say she was calling the cops to tell them that we cursed her out and won’t leave. Not a single bad word came out of our mouths and the people there is completely unprofessional and rude! We still don’t know if we’re getting our money back.
