Ahhh
The food was FABULOUS and a great value since I ordered a deal in the app. I got 8 pc fried chicken plus 8 tenders, 3 family sides & 4 biscuits for only $30 and this time they gave me generous portions of the family sides. There was a new Mgr. The only negatives were SNAIL SLOW service and all around the entrance here always smells like homeless ppl camp here and use the pavement for a toilet. Seriously, it’s almost enough to make me go somewhere else.

My sons account but I’m his mother and I made the post…..I just left kfc went drive through and cashier was already rude and silly. I gave my order dat their 15 minutes before I was told too pull up. I waited 30 minutes no food. So I went cashier sassy. I get my food any because we don’t have lights. My food was ok but I thought it was laughable that the driver cashier act like she didn’t see me and didn’t acknowledge that she never gave me my food. As I was leaving the manager said thank you. So I said thank you told her it wasn’t great service. Never again but just yesterday great service. Over it. #$15 what a joke. 1/2 star review.

I went through the drive-thru to place my order. The two people that worked the evening shift around 7 that took my order was very rude with handling the mix up on my order especially that young man at the drive-thru. I’ve been coming here for years and never had any issues until today. Very unprofessional! I would give zero stars if could but luckily I have to give it a one.

We all know about how KFC was absolutely the king of fried chicken back in the day. Then PepsiCo bought it, then it went totally to hell. BUT, if you find one (like this one) where they have employed older people who care about the quality of the product, you can still get some good KFC. The place was clean but service was.. terrible is not the word. It was very irritable. I sat at the speaker for 11 minutes before I was asked for my order. No one was in front of me, as it appeared that they were assisting 2 customers at a time. Once I ordered (picking up a mobile order) I was told to pull up and wait. That took an additional 6 minutes. I am assuming they did not ask the next customer for their order because it was 4 cars behind me, and I saw an empty line and cars passed me. I am giving a 2 star rating because the building appeared as decent.

I go to this restaurant often, the manager is nice and respectful. However today..I waited for 25 mins for fresh chicken because I wanted to bring my paralyzed mother fresh chicken… I ordered a $20 fill up meal only to get a two of the smallest baby chicken wings in my life… even the 30ml medicine cup is bigger than the wing… they are overcooked and contains no meat… I only eat white meat

Went to KFC for my brother. I have not eaten any fast food since may 2021. Got 10 piece spicy chicken only and they charged me $19. A full 16 piece meal is $47!!! Unreal. 8 piece meal is $27. 12 piece meal is $38. Get the 10 piece chicken home. Its not even hot. I live less than 5 minutes from the kfc on winchester/hickory hill. Walmart has 2 full chickens for $8. So much cheaper to make it yourself but its called FAST FOOD for a reason.
