It is too much to ask to have my order made how I ordered it on the receipt. Had to drive 15 mins home, and 15 mins back, and 15 mins back home just to get it fixed. I guess I should have to check my order before leaving the establishment, right? No apology, no offer to console me or keep me as a customer. Just gave me the correction that they messed up in the first place, an it was a pathetic attempt at that. I ordered an 8 piece family meal with 4 legs instead of wings. After i went back, i got two anorexic looking legs, and that was it. This place is in need of some serious management skills work and customer service training.

My 91 year young Dad & his friend drove from Big Sandy to enjoy some tenders, sides, etc. this eve. Only to have rock hard tenders and intimidation by every single employee. When they went to discuss the problem, they were told there was nothing that (KFC employees) could do about it. At this time, every single employee was at the front counter staring at my Dad & his friend! They took the meals and proceeded to sit at a table to eat the sides. A cook came from behind the kitchen and continued to intimidate them in the dining area! This is not good business andalmost seems racist, yup, I said it! I’ll be contacting corporate.

Drive-through seems to get burnt or old food always go inside. Buffet (I didn’t know it was a thing at any KFC) was not running, just a collector of signs n junk.

My grandson wanted KFC for his birthday, I checked it out online and it said you could get 8 PC, 2 sides, biscuits and an 8 PC fill up for $30, I called to make sure and was told that was correct, I asked if I had to order ahead and was told no, I got there the next day and the girl at the drive thru told me it would be $50, I told her what I was told the day before and she just kept saying $50, if it had not been his birthday I would have left it there, I called the 800 line from KFC and have not heard anything, the manager at Paris called me later that day and told me I had to order online and I told her I was told I didn’t and she said yeah the guy told her he told me that, I was also told there was no such thing as afill up, you need to honor what’s on your website and what you say, I still have a pic of the website saying $30, the manager also tried to say that was the KFC website but it plainly says Paris TN

Waited over 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches, potato bowl. We were the only ones in dining room, 2 people came in after us they also ordered small order. We all demanded refund, no apology, just plain rude.

Maybe it’s just this location, but orders are almost never correct, the staff are generally unhelpful and borderline unpleasant. Admittedly, I’m not a big fried chicken person, and maybe that’s why, but this food is so so salty. Everything was hot and fresh when we finally got it.

Employees were rude. Cussing at each other at the counter while customers were trying to order. NO ice at machine when I asked the lady if she could get me some she literally put 4 cubes in each of our cup. Didn’t have what we wanted so instead of cooking crispy chicken at 5:45pm on a Friday evening we had to settle with original. Very unprofessional staff is all I can say. And I originally love coming to KFC

Service feels rushed and as if you are a nuisance to the workers. You can hear an undertone in their voice while ordering as if you are a bother. This is even with no cars at the window, no cars in line waiting to order and maybe one car for eat in. The food was however as ordered. For the most part seemed fresh and cooked to order or recently at least. The drumsticks however were a little skimpy on both breading and size. Seemed more like a large wing you’d get from a pizza shop. Portions have seemed to get a bit smaller over time. About three bites of Mac and cheese and done with your side. In all the service is lacking but the food at least makes up for it.
