Disappointing. I ordered a 12 piece fried chicken meal, prices weren’t posted. At the window I was charged $45!!! They only gave me 10 pieces, not the 12 I paid for. The biscuits were underdone and gooey in the middle. The chicken was tasteless. Cole slaw was good. Mashed potatoes were ok, but runny. There are several other choices for fried chicken nearby, I recommend going to one of the others, not here.

$35 for this. The two tablespoons of Mac n cheese was $3 alone. Not even a month ago we could get a great deal with double the amount of food that would feed 5 maybe 6 ppl. The prices have gone up and the portions have come way down. I definitely will not be buying from KFC anymore.

Kids meal now comes with 1 chicken tender unbelievable. You want to short the adults fine but how can you do that to the kids I will never go to another kfc . $5.75 for 1 tender and a small fry you deserve to lose business for things like this. I’ll take my kids to wendys for $5 biggie bags instead

Ordered online Friday night 3/10/2023. Went in to get my food and it wasn’t ready yet. No big deal. 10 minutes later a bag was placed on the to-go table with no announcement. I walked over to check and it was mine so I politely asked if everything was in there and if I’m good to go. The woman in the back with big mouth rudely yelled “IF IT HAS YOU’RE NAME ON IT THEN THATS EVERYTHING”. apparently someone ruffled her feathers. We contacted corporate and apparently like other companies do not care that rude employees work for them and will lose money for cause they have not contacted us back 7 days later. We will not return there are other chicken places in town.
