I asked for something other then what I got. No straw. I haven’t ate at KFC in years but today my chicken was salty, mashed potatoes tasted weird. The biscuit was would choke a sea gull in mid air. It’s not the KFC I was use to. Never again.

One of the worst fast food establishments I’ve ever been to . Everything was dirty , nothing clean. Windows haven’t been cleaned for years , it was like walking into a 1700’s diner , abandoned and dirty . Customer service was horrible , as if I was a ghost. Cook comes and takes my order touches the screen then goes back to making food . Food was mediocre. Save time and don’t come to this location .

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to KFC last week at night to get a chicken sandwich and fries. I was already having a bad night, KFC Hernando made it worse. First my food wasnt hot, fries had obviously been sitting out for a while bc they were SOGGY and limp. Im not educated on the parts of the chicken that is sold in KFC but when I looked at my sandwich it was the shape of the head of the chicken. I bit into it and was instantly stabbed in the mouth (still suffering pain in my mouth) , it was not edible at all. I tried calling to see if I could get a remake or refund and the calls were answered but hung up immediately. Don’t work in fast food if you dont care about your customers!

Ordered the family meal. Asked to trade 1 mashed potato for a different side. Yelled at through the drive thru by 3 people saying no. Asked for butter and was told they’d never heard of butter being at a kfc. Guess they believe nobody likes butter and honey on their biscuits. Asked for a receipt and was told they were out of receipt paper. Chicken not breaded right!! I would suggest new management and better ordering. Not the first disappointing experience at this location but unfortunately this is the only kfc close by.
