Bought some chicken and she didn’t ask me what type of chicken I wanted so when she gave me the chicken, I asked her did she give me crispy. She responded with an attitude, “No”!!! I stated I wanted crispy and she took my bag back and I ended up getting old hard chicken. The person I had gotten it for caused her to feel nauseated. The other person didn’t eat it. Money wasted over $25 dollars.

I went to this location as it’s closest to my residence. As I paid for my order I was shortchanged and I didn’t get all the biscuits I paid for as I waited a long time in the drive thru. I usually like this location because of the good treatment of the past, but somehow it’s slacking. I hope it improves.

Five stars for the taste of the hot chicken cooked right at 11am, which is the best time to divulge in eateries in the area. But, somebody needs to tell me why the doggone floor is like walking on an ice rink. Looks like the cooks work real hard behind the counter, but restaurant could use more cleaning in the dining area. I’ve never had a long wait for chicken while ordering from the inside, and I’ve yet to use the drive thru.

I got my food home and was ready to eat and only had a small amount of fries. Barely was enough to even fill the box the fries come in. I call kfc and the lady was very rude. She said she was the manager and refused to give me her name. I would not recommend this kfc to anybody. If you spend your money there then you have wasted it. I will go over the managers head and call corporate. There is no reason to be rude to any customer period.

I will never stop here again. We stopped to eat an feed the kids. Me an my sister spent $76 the girl on the speaker was rude. I guess we ordered too much food she kept rushing us an when we got to the window we asked could they separate the order she said they had a long line an passed us all the food in 3 bags. An 3 of the 5 piece tenders only had 4 tenders. We asked for napkins with all that food she gave us 4.. Maybe if you get some workers that wanna work an have smile with good customer service.. I’m waiting on the store manager to call me back now.

I truly can’t explain why I bother to ever go back. Although i love their Orig. Recipe, the service 80% of the time is ATROCIOUS. My wait time for my drive thru order of an 8 pc bucket with 3 sides was 38 min. with 1 of the sides NOT what I ordered. one time I drove all the way across town only to get there and be told they were completely out of chicken!

There were roaches crawling on the counter. I had used a coupon for I free item but once I got a refund due to the roaches I was told I could get my coupon back b/c they had already put it in the system. I tried to full a complaint on their website but it wouldn’t let me submit a bad review.
