I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 of the new Spicy Chicken wraps with slaw and 3 of the classic wraps and 2 famous bowls. Waited in line about 15 minutes. I counted to make sure I had all of my wraps, which I did. I guess I should have opened them because this is a picture of the Spicy wrap. Nothing on it but a piece of chicken tender and nothing else! Maybe a dash of sauce. Out of all the wraps only 1 had pickles. I have tried to give this place a chance over and over again, this was the last straw!

Just left this place ordered one meal, famous potato bowl NO CORN! Got home and the bowl is full of corn with two pieces of chicken. We are allergic to corn… had to throw it away immediately. Waste of money will not be back. Please check your food before you leave no matter how simple the order is.

Just went to KFC at 12:50 pm on 02/04/2022. Went through the drive-thru and ordered the KFC Bowl, with NO corn and extra cheese. I get home to eat, and not only is the bowl FULL of corn, there is not ONE piece of chicken in it. ♀️ I know y’all can do better than this – this is sad.

I figured after years they would have replaced management at this location. I was wrong is still the worst place I’ve ever eaten in my life. They don’t care what you order they stick what they want in your box and are always rude.I love KFC, just not these lovers. I guess I’ll wait another 5 years and try them again, no on second thought the venerable brand will probably be gone by then due to franchises like this.

The WORST KFC I ever had the misfortune to stop at. Ordered a kid’s meal at drive through. ONE car at the window in front of me. Took 14 MINUTES to get my single kid’s meal. With COLD chicken and wrong side. And a hugely BAD attitude when I ASKED for the correct side.

This is the #1 chicken establishment in Mississippi! #1 in terrible service, food quality, and lack of cleanliness. If you come after 7:45….be prepared to wait. They will tell you it’s because they are cooking it fresh. The real answer is they are lazy and don’t have any chicken ready to go. 20+ minute wait. I’d rather eat McNuggets. Think about that.

I will never go here again. I had to ask the cashier to take my order. She had an attitude the entire time. I was paying $40 on a gift card and the rest in cash with a $100 bill. My total was $44.68, so my change was supposed to be $95.32. It took her forever to bring me change and when she did she only gave me $40. When I told her what my change should have been she argued with me that I told her to only use $3 of the gift card which I didn’t. The manager in the back overhead the whole conversation and acted like we weren’t even there. A girl from the back that wasn’t the manager came and fixed everything and gave me the correct change. The cashier at that point when I told her she shouldn’t treat her customers that way told me to shut up and leave her alone and disappeared to the back of the kitchen and was never seen again. I would advise everyone to get their chicken elsewhere. I would give them zero stars if I could.
