The worker at the drive thru window told me it’ll be a 25 min wait on chicken so I waited because I did want fresh chicken ..so how abt I get my chicken & the worker only microwaved the chicken so I go in to the store nicely & asked “can u pls drop fresh chicken”? & she stated it’ll be another 7 mins on fresh chicken, lord it was microwaved yet again mind u I purchased the big box of chicken! this is foul & wrong how I was treated, I got a refund after waiting 40’ mins for nothing, I’ll never eat at kfc again.. periodt

I would give them no stars but it won’t let me I got $40 worth of food and couldn’t eat any of it all the food and even the side had a burnt sour smell to it. It was so bad that it smelled up my whole hotel room and they basic said I was out the money and they weren’t going to make it right

My wife got take-out tonight. The chicken was small and burnt. It had no taste to it. When she ordered fries she was told it would take 35 minutes. This location closes well before Popeyes, with good reason. Used to love KFC but this location should just close. The 2nd picture is a breast and wing. It was terrible.

Had to wait on Chicken for almost 30min even tho the App said it was ready but that wasn’t the problem our Food was wrong I asked for Corn and Coleslaw but recived Mash Potatoes and Coleslaw and a little thing of grave also I didn’t have cookie with my meal and I didn’t even have any honey for my biscuits and I didn’t even mention to them the order was wrong because I was Scared someone might do something to my food I have seen to many times where employees get Mad at the Customer for not doing their Job correctly. We have to do better Please people work to hard for their Money and some of us really don’t have it to spend do to Covid19… Thanks In Advance

All I have to say is they got my order correct (which is why the received two stars) but I’m just disappointed because this chicken is redipped and old. Like it’s been sitting for hours and served which is so sad.I couldn’t even eat it. It’s so bad taste and under temperature. If health inspector was there it would be bad. Things happen I know but very disappointed.

The Food and Employees were Absolute Garbage! Upon arrival at 9:20pm we were informed by the person working the window (they ignored us trying to order at the menu) that they were closed. Another person who I’m guessing was the manager informed the one at the window that they weren’t actually closed until 10:00pm, but we were told it was too late to order a pot pie. I had just driven several miles out of the way because the passenger in our vehicle (a 70yo retired US Marine combat veteran) really wanted a chicken pot pie. So, at that point we had to settle for what they already had cooked because they were already in the process of closing and as we were informed they wouldn’t be able to cook any fresh chicken. What we were given was old, greasy, and the soggiest excuse for fried chicken I’ve ever had the displeasure of being served. I realize it was late and these people were tired and ready to go, but this is their job and what they get paid for. Not being rude and charging full price for something you were about to throw away.
