This was one of the oddest locations of KFC I’ve been to. The inside closed at like 2pm? So we went through the drive thru and ordered several things. One of which was the Nashville hot chicken. I’ve had it before (not from here) and they are usually given a lot of spice and tossed in the oils to coat. These look like somebody sneezed a few droplets of spice on and forgot the oil. I was definitely disappointed and given dry flavorless tenders.

My experience here was surprisingly good, considering most visits to most fast food establishments are very unpleasant with rude employees that can’t even greet people properly and with kindness like we use to have to do at my first job at McDonald’s in 1987. Where if you wasn’t friendly you got fired!

The food was good, fresh and service fairly fast. The young man who gave us our food was super nice. The cashier was not friendly and she leaned on the wall the whole time she took all the orders. The floor in several places was so slippery all of us almost fell down and we watched the guy bagging the food sliding in the back rather than walking. Makes you wonder how well someone is cleaning.

The young lady at the window was extremely nice. She had excellent customer service skills. But as always my order was wrong. Everytime I come to this KFC I have to go back or just eat what I have because I have made it home. I had waited 15min for my food, then I had to wait another 15 minutes because I was missing an order. They really need to get on there business there. Again the lady at the window was nice but the food service is terrible.

Good food, fresh and hot … NOT under a heat lamp. Service was cheerful and welcoming. Restaurant was clean. Even though it was pouring rain, floors were dry. Dining room was not warm enough, or this would have been 5 stars.
