Not enough staff. Drive thru took all employees. Long wait at register. The original recipe was kept in hotbox too long. The lady at front was counting pieces and telling customers what they could have. They were strategic planning as to avoid cooking more. I’m very displeased I paid almost 18.00 for my meal 4 pc 2 wing 2 breast and extra side. Half and half. Give me what your known for. Not overcooked hotbox chicken with only salt taste. The extra crispy was better.

I will not be back! Placed my order in the drive through for a 12 piece with sides..asked for half breast, half legs. I plainly told them I didn’t mind paying extra. Was told they didn’t have enough chicken to do that, so I offered to wait. Was then told they weren’t going to cook anymore chicken until what they had was gone. Again, I told them I didn’t mind waiting. The person taking my order suddenly got rude with me and asked if I wanted the chicken? I said yes! Pulled up to the window to pay, the person there said she would get my order the way I asked for, and asked me to pull around and wait for them to bring it out..which I did. As I sat there people pulled up, went in, and promptly came back out with big boxes of chicken. Then the person bringing the food out to me came out with a mixed box of chicken saying they didn’t have enough original recipe that I ordered so this was mixed with original and crispy. I said I didn’t want that, it wasn’t what I ordered and paid for..I was very nice about it, but didn’t want it! I asked her about the chicken they were cooking for me, the whole reason I was waiting. She said they did cook more, but had given it out to other people. So I stated again that I would wait for more to be cooked. Finally, about an hour after I had originally placed my order, she came back out with my chicken (cigarettes and lighter in her hand) I asked if it was half breast/half legs as I ordered and she said the manager who had just come in said they couldn’t give me half and half, as they had other people wanting chicken. This was a 50.00 order and I didn’t even get my biscuits. I’ll drive to another town for chicken before I ever come back to this store and be treated with such disrespect!!!!

(Check update below)…Order was wrong and they pulled me up to wait – forgot about me. I went in after 10 minutes and my order was in the bag that the manager or supervisor found. Again, the order was wrong – looked right, but you can’t open burritos until you eat them or get home. Of course it was cold. And they simply left one out! This is the second time in 2 weeks something like this has happened here. I’m going to hold until they get new management. Get ready to go in if they pull you up, and check your order thoroughly before leaving…. UPDATE! 1/30/23…I tried them again, and they nailed it. Friendly. I had to pull around the front for a very short wait. Order was correct and food was good!

No one else was I’m the restaurant when we were given my order. This kfc closes at midnight, I was there at 8:15 p.m., inorder 5 of tender, with mashed potatoes and slaw. I’m from out of town. The chicken tasted very off, was old and dried up, I got macaroni and 5 tired tenders. Terrible service with zero excuse except lazy.

Awful unfortunately I believe they were very understaffed. It took my order forever and I had to go up and check on it. I don’t think anyone was even working on it until I asked. The chicken was very dark and greasy as if cooked in old grease. Something really needs to change at this KFC
