Everything was perfect except the fact there was a misunderstanding on the order. The lady was kind enough to make the order right. But I was supposed to get 2 sides and go 1 and there was a difference in the price but no refund.

Employees were friendly and efficient. Chicken was dry and the spices were still in the vault–no flavor. Coleslaw was only thing worth eating. Biscuits were hard. Worse mac and cheese I have ever tasted. Instant Potatoes as always should never be served in a restaurant.

EVERY time you go after 6 pm they have No chicken available. How is this possible when all you sell is chicken? By far one of the worst KFC‘s I have ever been to. This hasn’t just happened one time but it happened multiple times I’ve been. I can definitely say for sure I will never be back to this location I’ll take the extra time to drive to Ellisville. Such a disgrace of a franchise to have a Laurel Mississippi.
