Is it a bit more expensive than other fast food? Yes, but is it faster? No… 15 min wait with one other person there. But do they give you condiments? No, you have to ask. They do however, mess up your order and give you the wrong sides. Its ok though because they make up for it by putting a few pieces of corn in your mashed potatoes. Idk how I still let my wife convince me to get KFC once every few years despite it always being bottom barrel… Despite messing up the order the staff was nice.

I got chicken nuggets and fries for 5 kids, 7 years old and younger. They complained!!! They said the fries were old and the nuggets were dry! A 3 year old said the fries were old!!! The 6 year old said the nuggets were hard and the 7 year old just wanted to wait until we got home to eat something else because the nuggets were not yummy. That is a sad testament.

KFC no longer has grilled chicken or any kind of dessert. Not the fault of this store, all KFCs. I just found out today. Employees very friendly & apologetic. No sweet & sour sauce, but maybe they were just out that day.

The slowest KFC I’ve ever been to. 2 visits in past month and nothing on the menu has been ready to be served. 10 minute wait behind 1 car in the drive thru and 10-25minute wait for chicken. Couldn’t even get the sides I ordered correct. 10 of 10 don’t recommend, go to Popeyes, Chic-fil-A or Churches.

I was so excited to try the wraps, so I bought 2 regular and 2 spicy for my friend and I. I was so disappointed to receive the tiny replication of the wraps. All 4 wraps were the size and shape of tiny egg rolls. They were not as portrayed. The chicken in these were the size of my index finger in each one. I will not be going to get these wraps again. I cannot believe they were 2/$5. That’s expensive for what I got. Guess I’ll go back to Captain S’s. I hope you read and heed this. This is the truth!

It’s a little after 7 when l pull in to the drive thru. I am not sure they are open because the sign is off and their menu board is dark too. I ask if the they are open and she ask for my order. I order a 3 piece white–chicken only. She then asks for my drink and sides! Reluctantly, rather that repeat what l wanted, l add a drink and side. She tells me its a 9 minute wait for original and 18 minutes for crispy. I order the original. 10 or so minutes later the lady comes out with a bag and asks if ordered the original. I should have been suspect with that order she brought me then. There were at least 4 cars waiting and l was the 2nd car. I said l ordered the original. She gave me the bag and when l got home, not only was it not white meat but it was a thigh and leg! What a disappointment. Will check my order for accuracy from this day on!!

SAVE YOUR MONEY! I ordered a 2 piece meal and a 3 piece meal, the chicken looked like they set it in the parking lot and ran over it a couple times. I had two unusual pieces of chicken I’ve never seen in my life, $20 hot bucks down the drain.
