Nobody in drive thru & nobody in lobby yet i still had to wait 25 minutes for a simple order. The workers here aare slow (Sunday the 26th 7:48pm). They either need to step it up or go somewhere else because they are doing nothing but losing money.

Food is good and for the most part is typically hot when ordered. The employees on the other hand are GHETTO. Yes, it was necessary to use that word. It’s easier for you to understand what I mean. I can barely understand what the girl says at the order box. Talks extremely fast. Cuts you off in the middle of ordering as if she’s in a rush for you to leave. Meanwhile, there isn’t anyone else in line and no customers inside. So, why the rush? When I ask for my order to be made a certain way, it’s never done as requested. It’s a VERY small request. It takes nothing to slow down and be kind to someone. This new generation of kids needs more training on customer service before being put on a shift. They’re going to drive your customers away!

I haven’t had KFC in a while mostly because of the non-competitive prices and the distance to the closest location. However, I ordered yesterday and renewed my love for KFC. They have the best sides (by far) and the chicken was perfect. There were no leftovers! I wish they would consider a Vancleave location!

Literally did not have any of my Doordash order. The doubledown sandwich, my wrap or fries. They offered to replace the whole thing with a 2 piece with any other side. I’m sorry, what? Replace a $20 order with an $8 2 piece meal? Lmfao no.

Gentleman by the name of Forrest was at the drive through and honestly I was simply impressed with his overall Joy, and happiness to be at his job where he serves customers and meets new people daily and they are lucky to have him because I’d snap him up in a quick minute for where I work! He was so polite and he had a sunny disposition and very respectful and even though I was tired and had long day and was just in my post work shift mindset, he made a impression and lifted my spirit just by the fact he clearly showed others his heart and projected such compassion and dedication that he will be hard to ever forget! KFC you need more people who have great customer service skills such as Forrest and Thank you to Forrest, I appreciated that you had my best experience with your restaurant at heart because I would have drove off without my sauce and just that little extra mile is all it takes sometimes people it’s not difficult to give a little bit extra in your work ethic daily and that’s why I’m giving KFC a five star rating tonight! They deserve it and Forrest deserves the recognition for this job well done!
