I don’t even know how to start. Just left here a few moments ago. I bought a 12 piece meal with coupon. I ordered original and I requested my three sides be fries. I was told to pull forward after paying so they could make my fries. I waited for 5 minutes which is entirely understandable. Check your orders check your order check your order. coleslaw mashed potatoes and gravy and there was only eight pieces of chicken. Why did you even ask what sides I wanted you just randomly made it up. Ever killed somebody from a food allergy? Thank you for ripping me off.

I went today to eat. Well, it was the wrong choice. I ordered Mac n cheese and there was a food label in my food. I called management to let them know of the situation and all that manager did was say “ah-uh”. I could’ve swallowed that and gotten food poisoning. I don’t understand what’s with Pascagoula employing awful people that have no business working with food.

My chicken was extra hard not crispy and the gravy was stiff I tired adding water and heating it up a little thinking that would help nope the gravy was entirely to thick we were not able to eat it. My biscuit was smashed in thr bucket with my extra hard chicken.. KFC prices are to high to br dropping the ball sorry not sorry

Customer service sucks the cashier interrupts you ever chance she can says your welcome when you point it out didn’t even get the large fry I paid for. Was trying to tell her how I wanted the bill split between my card and cash and she held the cash and said the card declined well I wonder why maybe if you didn’t interrupt me and shut the glass window in my face she would of understood. Will never be back to this establishment ridiculous. The lady in the second window was at least nice and understood customer service.
