I was desperately craving KFC on a road trip through Mississippi. The store looked brand-new inside and out and the staff was very friendly. I ordered a 16-piece meal original recipe and it was absolutely the best KFC I’ve ever had. Great job!

On 12/30/21, I ordered an 8 pc meal with mac instead of coleslaw and 4 plain chicken sandwiches. I asked to substitute the thighs for breasts with an upcharge. Before leaving, we discovered none of my sandwiches were plain and they fixed it. When we got home and opened the bucket, there were 3 breasts, 2 thighs, 1 leg, and 2 wings. Instead of mac, we were given another container of mashed potatoes. I will check my food from there next time and not depend on good service. (One wing and leg not pictured–already flown the bucket onto my husband’s plate)

First off, I should have dumped the bucket of chicken I ordered on a platter and counted it there on the spot. I paid 47 dollars for a 16 piece and when I got home, it was only 12. The lady that placed it on the counter announced 12 piece and another worker stated, it is a 16 piece. The lady that set it on the counter said, I said it wrong, it is 16 but in fact it was not. If she wasn’t sure, she should have said let me check to make sure. I don’t know what the color of their uniforms mean but she was wearing all black and she was short, this is for the manager to pinpoint her better. I will not drive 25 miles to get the other 4 pieces and I will not patronize this facility again. One more thing, they either overcook their chicken or they need to change the oil, all of my chicken tasted burnt. The best part about that place is the lady that took my order with a smile. If you are ready reviews to determine whether or not to get KFC or not. Keep driving to church’s chicken right down the road, I have eaten there and it is very good.

Went through the drive thru, got a box dinner with a sweet tea. Got to window and lady have me my drink and I felt it was warm and had no ice. I asked if she had ice, she shook her head no and had a look like I caught her off guard so I was thinking that might not be true. So I got down the road and took a sip of the Tea. It was unsweeten and very warm. It’s always something wrong with my order when I go to this location. The food is good but not as good as if I’d had the sweet ice tea I ordered.
