We placed an order through the drive through, and they let us know that they didn’t have chicken breast, thighs, legs, or tenders. We went ahead and took the wings, but my daughter said they were hard. It didn’t even have the biscuit with it. Corporate needs to help this location with their supplies. They shouldn’t run out of chicken at 8:30 when their open until 10.

There’s a reason why this place has such a low rating. The lady with the purple hair at the cash register was so loud and obnoxious. She forgot to give us cups for our three drinks and she literally forgot our entire order. We waited 20-30 minutes for a simple combo. This kfc is very unorganized and the staff seem like they deeply loathe their job.

if i could give this lady a 0 out of 0 i would. i couldn’t see her name tag because she had it all the way on the top of her head. i go through the drive through she says come around i can’t hear you i only said what i wanted 1 time. but i go around she says i can’t do that have a headache. she has a tattoo on her neck that says ann and has purple hair. but anyways she just gives terrible customer service. i could just tell by her body language she didn’t want to be there.

First off me and my best friend walked in, and the lady at the register started complaining to us (we don’t know her, we are from out of state) when my friend got her food her corn burnt, my biscuit was hard as a rock. She got her food about 3-5mins before mine. The place was dirty, and they were just standing around on their phones. I feel bad for the people that come here regularly. If we are ever back to Kentucky, we will not be coming back here.

Always have a problem when I come here, kept trying because some of the people are nice. But today was the last time. I was made to wait for my food which was cold when I finally got it and it was wrong. I asked for tenders and fries, was given mashed potatoes instead. Tried calling and never got an answer.

Very Disappointed on Buffett no biscuits food not fresh unsweet tea and Mac and cheese tasted pretty good. Was a waste of money. Food was not kept up. Very poor service and not friendly. I usually don’t give a poor review but this was crazy. Talked to a guy waiting over 30 minutes for a carryout. You can see from pictures food doesn’t look great. We won’t be going back. It didn’t used to be this way. We were there for senior buffet now it is only 2 days a week so charged full price. Not worth a rating. I don’t think crew liked me taking pictures . 1 star only because I had to rate to post. Colonel Sanders would not be happy.
