We had excellent service and food here. The restaurant itself could use some cleaning and the bathroom was out of order. But the service put it over the top. Kesha was helpful and friendly and very patient with our indecisive large group. When I thanked her for her great customer service, she let me know that the whole team she works with provides the same level of care.

The only thing that was edible was the biscuit. The drink was ok but the too wasn’t on it so I wasted it in my truck. My husband’s food was worse. I feel as though kfc owes us a refund.

I enjoyed having an early lunch at this Louisville KFC. The food was prepared quickly, and the restaurant was kept clean. If you choose to eat here, I will caution, that If you have an order of the wings, they can come with a generous helping of sauce, so be sure to be sure to pack your wing container safely in your car to avoid a mess.

Great first time visit to this location, good southern hospitality was practiced here, and that’s what I appreciated being from another state and passing through. I tried the buffet and it was fresh seasoned food all around!! Even the desserts were piping good!! Friendly staff that explained when the chicken would be ready and announced it. I would recommend check it out if you are ever in the area.
