Went here to the drive thru placed two orders for a two piece dinner all thighs and a four piece dinner all thighs. The manager could give all thighs for the two piece but not four piece. when we got our meal the four piece looked like it was only two pieces in the box that’s how small the chicken was. when we got home the two piece all thighs was only one thigh and breast. It took us 20min just to get to order the food.

The lady working the counter was sweet an tried her best, but the people in the back are horrible at their jobs… I get missing one side.. but to be missing 3 sides and 2 chicken wraps? That’s ridiculous. I don’t recommend eating here. And if you do double check your order. Cause I was almost shorted half of my 50$ order. What a joke.

In line for an entire hour. Even though we ordered the food online it was not ready when we got to the window. The manager cussed us out when we refused to pull into the parking lot because we’ve waited long enough. When we eventually got the food and left the chicken wasn’t even close to being done. It was gooey and bloody.

KFC’s chicken is a lot better than it was in the 90s & early 2000s If you haven’t tried it in a while, give it another shot, but be sure to check your order before you leave the drive thru. The second shift used to be wild at this store. It seems to have mellowed out in the past several months.

The drive thru was super slow! The female at the pick up window had absolutely no personality! They gave us diet pepsi when we ordered regular. They shorted us pieces of chicken that we ordered and our chicken was under cooked. The biscuits weren’t cooked, the inside was raw dough. And they seemed to be very confused about orders. I would not recommend anyone going there unless you want terrible food and horrible service!!!
