They messed up my order and forgot the other half after asking me twice what I wanted then once they fixed it they threw the meal together. and I had gotten no receipt, the lady at the drive through threw them away. along with that I had called and they had asked me to bring it up I live 24 mins away and was out for a vet appointment the manger didn’t say anything just let me talked and I said “well I don’t have a receipt” as she even asked if had one and I didn’t and so I ended the call. I was also told the “famous bowls” do not get filled up to the lid anymore not worth almost 7$

So hey. Hope someone sees this. Me and another Doordasher just got stiffed by your employee. They are hiding in the lobby (physically hiding. We looked at each other, and they ducked behind a table when I parked and got out). I had to take a photo of your lobby to tell Doordash you guys closed up early. I had waited in the drive-through even for a soild five or more minutes, knowing the lobby was closed when I arrived at 10:19pm (As specified by Doordash as the pick up time) for pick up. Pretty sure you close at 11pm for drive-through, right? Very nice.

Half of my $60+ order did not show up. I tried calling 5 times, each time, the phone rang about 20 times and then went to a busy signal. I then drove 20 minutes to the restaurant to try and get the order fixed. The store lobby was closed early at 8:30 when it was not supposed to close till 9:00. I knocked on the door, and employees looked at us standing there and refused to come to the door. Got back in the car and went to drive thru and was lied to about not hearing knock. The manager refused to help or replace missing items or even apologize. The manager Margaret insinuated we were lying, saying she made the order herself and that the driver was rude, so basically she told us to kiss off. She stated the restaurant don’t deliver and doordash would have to fix issue. I did not order via doordash, I ordered on KFC app. Manager was very rude, refused to help and slammed window in my face and walked off. I waited, she sent a young employee to the window to ask us to leave, was too inconsiderate to even come to window herself. I asked for a corporate number, and they refused to give it to me, said I had to look it up online. I ended up calling corporate to turn the manager in as this was ridiculous. If she would have apologized and offer to replace the missing items, I would have been fine with that. I understand things happen, but I didn’t use a service privided for by the restaurant only to be given this kind of treatment and refuse to do anything about it.

I have been to this location two times in the last month and they have been so welcoming in the dining room! I really appreciated their kindness and they made the experiences we had there really stand out for us. The big box deal going on right now is also such an awesome deal for how much food you get and I highly suggest it! I hope management is well aware of how great their lunch crew is. They really are exceptionally good here!

Went to two locations that no longer exist. Get to this location just to have them not have what we wanted and then for them to talk to my husband like he was a child. He was being polite but she about made have to say “We aren’t getting KFC today.” Then they had nerve enough to open the drive-thru when we rode by. Guess that’s why KFC are closing! Too many chicken places in town and I can cook so I’ll make my own damn pot pie!

A two-piece crispy meal was ordered. The lady who took the order informed us that they only had original. I HAD to ask if they were completely out. She informed us that it would be 10 minutes before the extra crispy was ready. We waited,got the order. My friend took a look at the meal. One piece didn’t look extra crispy and missing meat. The other piece was very dark. I returned the order and asked for a refund. She wasn’t pleasant! Never again will go to that KFC!

Cancelled our online order without letting us know of cancellation, drive 30 min. To pickup and the amount was already deducted from my bank account. It would be one thing if it was cutting close to their closing hours but we ordered two hours before closing . Waited two hours (no exaggeration) on hold with kfc customer service to receive a refund . This location is definitely a do not go. The one by ktp is honestly the best one in the Louisville area by far.

If I could give this a 0 I would. At 7:40 4/13/23 I went to order food in the drive thru and was greeted with “Hi unfortunately we are closing in 20 mins so all I can serve you is sides,” well everything I see says they close at 9 and I’m sorry who shuts down everything to make food 30 mins before they close. This was shocking and put a sour taste in my mouth on how Yum runs their restaurants. I hope there is another KFC I can go to where I will actually get treated like a paying customer. Way to turn away business. There were 3 more they turned away behind me.
