2 bites for $3.38 (after tax) in mashed potatoes. Went back in and tried to talk to someone they would not give me my money back or a normal amount of mashed potatoes I just told them to keep it. Will not be back, not that they care. The lady even admitted she would not pay that for them.

I ordered 8 pieces of chicken at the drive through at 7:40 pm. They don’t close until 10pm. They said it would be a 25 minute wait. I said okay. Then the girl was dumbfounded that I would wait for 25 minutes. Are they just trying to get rid of customers? Then it was actually a 35 minute wait. The only thing they sell is chicken but you wait 35 minutes to get 8 pieces? I think it’s not true that a good chicken restaurant takes 35 minutes to serve 8 pieces of chicken. I could get chicken faster at Cracker Barrel or any other chicken restaurant in town.

We odered online for a 5 o’clock pick up. Get there at 5:10 and the kitchen full of teenagers said they didn’t even make it. Left to give them time to get it together, get back and they forgot the fries, went to give us the fries and were out and had to make more. Didn’t get our food til nearly 6pm. Done with y’all.

Got the wrong meal which were looked over, however we could not look over the chicken. It looked and tasted old, made early and seemed like they just kept it in a warmer then served it hrs later. The nuggets were horrible, hard and again looked extremely old. We tried calling to speak to a manager and of course no answer, we called 3 times. Super disappointed bc we love kfc. I honestly think it’s just the people who work here who are either under trained or lazy and don’t want to provide decent food they want to just keep old food warm and serve it. I’m normally someone who looks away from issues like this except this has been like the 3rd time. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. we will be going to bo jangles from now on and I recommend others to do so

A young girl with a white nose ring was extremely rude. She acted as if it was a loathsome chore to take an order for five nuggets and mashed potatoes. In the middle of the order she walked away as if disgusted. Another young lady finished ringing up the order and wasn’t much nicer. Needless to say we won’t be returning to this location.

Terrible Experience. Me and my family were from Michigan. We wanted some KFC so bad. First, of all it was a pregnant lady there who was very unprofessional. She was complaining about she was tired and been there all day. She was arguing with a customer back and forth. Manager didn’t say or do anything. Customer wanted her money back. No biscuits we’re ready. They said customer couldn’t get money back.The pregnant lady reach in and grab something out the customer bag. They were Terrible. Gave the customer money back instead of trying to satisfy the customer…
