We used the drive through yesterday evening. We ordered 5 sweet teas and were served rancid tea. When was the last time the dispenser was cleaned? Do you taste this daily? I can see getting soda that has too little syrup, but this? Absolutely not. Also, the biscuits were stale.

Not my worst experience at a KFC. However, I did order the 4 piece box of chicken (I asked for 2 breast and 2 thighs) wasn’t what was in the box. One breast and thigh were perfect. The other two pieces I am not sure what they were. I hope chicken.

Well my wife and I wanted too try the famous chicken bowl and just for two of them it was 16.48 well when thought it looked good on the display out front well it was a sad night after when got home and opened the bag it look like some one had eat it and throw up back in the bowl and it was a big bowl but it only had a table spoon of corn table spoon of mash potatoes and looked like chicken bits so we threw it away and had too go back too Carrollton and bought and meal from Walmart potatoes and ham meal for 6.00 dollars and it took like 15 mins too cook it in microwave wow it was amazing u know I will never ever go back too kfc and the person was rude after I paid her so all in all terribble rotten place far as drive threw and we did thing it was odd that there wasn’t any cars in the lot and drive threw well they dam sure won’t have my family of twenty ever go there thanks for bad place too eat

Service was quick and friendly, but that was the only good thing about our experience. I always find KFC chicken to be a little greasy, but this was greasier than usual. If we had walked to the restroom before eating, we would have left without ordering. The dining room floor was so dirty that our shoes stuck to it, and the restrooms were filthy. There was even a toilet plunger on the floor in front of one of the urinals. I hope the kitchen wasn’t as dirty as the rest of the place, but it probably was. I hope we don’t get sick.

The chicken had obviously sat for a while and was tough and cold. The fries were cold. Floors and tables were dirty with leftover food on them. Staff was….well just stay away. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
