I came through the drive-through March 3, 2023 at about 5:45 PM. The girl at the window was so rude. She kept shutting the door on my face before I could ask for sauces when I did ask for sauces I asked for barbecue sauce and KFC sauce, she put one of each in the bag. All the while she’s showing that she’s impatient by slapping my card against her hand, The original meal I asked for was a 16 piece . family tender meal, and I got a bucket of legs and thighs. As you can see in the picture, I’ve called the store six times now. No one will answer the phone. I spent $58 at a restaurant that may provide three star service at best as you can see from their rating since I can’t get a hold of the store I’ll just be disputing this charge with my bank, this one star review is very well deserved, and I hope the franchisee or corporate whoever sees this, and does something about it.

Went thru the drive thru at 6pm, ordered a “20 dollar FILL UP ” box…..chicken oozed dark brown grease in the bottom of box, no sauces, half full french fry section and missing 3 nuggets! I reported our findings after sitting in a line of traffic and our food getting cold…the lady wanted to argue with me and only give me the sauces owed to me! Heck no! We spent $25 bucks!

Do NOT order here if you like their popcorn chicken bowl. They literally gave me 4 small pieces of chicken and mostly gravy! That’s the best picture I have of my bowl, but it’s literally just mashed potatoes and gravy. I don’t like corn mixed in, I prefer that to be on the side, so I order without.

The crew seemed overwhelmed and messed up numerous orders including mine. When the mistakes were brought to their attention, they told me to wait until they helped the other customers who were waiting to place their order before they corrected mine. This was extremely poor customer service and is unacceptable.
