They messed up my order by not including the gravy with my 2 family mashed potatoes and the potatoes had green beans in then and when I called from home about the gravy they said I could stop by this week and pick up my gravy. Who goes back to town for gray by itself. Very unprofessional to mess up the order and not offer a means to make it right. Won’t be back here.

I went thru the drive thru at 7pm this evening and they told me they were “out of chicken on the bone, out of tenders, and out of pot pies”. I don’t know how this location stays in business. The man running the drive thru was very nice though and doing the best he could.

Waited 53 minutes in line then when I got up there the first thing I noticed was the girl that was handling the food had no gloves on and a ponytail holder wrapped around her wrist the gentleman had a pair of tongs that he was rubbing on his shirt like he was playing music with drumsticks, there was one woman that had one glove on for whatever that’s worth. Overall this place is unsanitary for my taste and I’m sorry to say I won’t be back.

I typically love me some KFC if I’m going for some kitchen, especially their drum & thigh combo. However now that it is no longer a $5 combo, I do not get it as much especially with how small last few times these chicken pieces were. Tried your chicken bowl dish and the tenders on that are simply disappointing. It’s just greasy breading with some pretenses of chicken. Truly disappointed.

I’m not one to normally complain but Kacey had a very bad attitude. Her customer service skills are very vague and her responses were short. Ordered a family meal and did not receive the mash potatoes for my meal. Will not be returning to this location. She receive a refund. To hell with this place

The woman taking orders is RUDE for no reason & out of uniform, wearing a purple t-shirt. We stood at the counter entirely too long before we were even acknowledged, only to be met with a nasty attitude. then the computer system had gone down right after we ordered so it’s understandable that it would take a little longer than usual to get food but we have been waiting 20 mins & are missing half our food when we get it, I go back to the counter only for the workers to ignore that you’re standing there. No apology for the missing food, only an eye roll. Then the Cashier goes to fix the missing sides, with no gloves. Not a clean table in the lobby. I have worked in fast food & serving in restaurants most of my adult life, & I know people have bad days, however this was NOT bad day, this was lifestyle obviously. THIS PLACE NEEDS HELP, TRAINING, & a few people fired for sure. At the ABSOLUTE least, greet your guests PROMPTLY & ask for a moment before you help them. Horrible store.
