I stood at the front counter for about five minutes, watching an employee on her phone or going to the office to talk with coworkers. She did eventually take my order. Dining room needed cleaning badly. Considering how slow they are, you might expect it to be a bit cleaner and service a bit more prompt.

We got a 12 piece family meal & tenders and it was dark brown with a black tent like the oil hasn’t been changed in the fryer. You could taste it on the chicken as well. This is the second time that its been like that recently. The brown gravy was thicker than the mashed potatoes!! This one used to be my favorite but I’ll never order from there again. Picture of some of the tenders attached to show those even though pics don’t show it well at all.
