I don’t normally leave reviews but I had the most wonderful experience at this KFC. I walk in and I see a young employee eating her food on break. She jumped up to greet us and went to take our order. Another employee her name was Toni, told the employee that she would take over so that the young woman could enjoy her break. Toni was so kind to us and made sure we had the time we needed to make a decision. After that she checked our food with us to make sure the order was correct. We need more employees like Ms. Toni in the world!

Absolute worst service I’ve ever had. They were “out of chicken” but no more than 2 minutes after we ordered, more chicken came up. The lady at the front was acting like it was not her job to merely ask if the back was making more. She was extremely rude, completely ignored us for near to 10 minutes before letting us order even though we were obviously in a group trying to order (she took half our groups order then just freaking left the till). She didn’t charge us correctly (charged for a drink we didn’t get) and was overall just obviously over it. She shouldn’t be at the front with that attitude. The corn was unsalted and cold, they didn’t give us enough utensils, they failed to give us sauces, it was overall just a terrible experience.

I ordered through the mobile app around 10:30-11am for a pick up at 3:00pm and got in line at the drive thru at 2:50pm and they pulled me up at 3:00 and said it would be 16 minutes on chicken. It’s 3:37pm and a worker came out and said they haven’t even started on our food yet and she apologized and said there would be 10 minutes on our biscuits still. I spend $101 and some change on food for our family that was suppose to be ready for pick up at 3:00pm and I’m still waiting for it to be cooked. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at kFC!!! They should give me a discount on our order!!!! They’ve also handed at least 5 bucket orders out the window since I have been parked waiting for my order!!! Oh and to top it off I didn’t even get my damn Potpie which was the main thing I wanted!!! I was missing 3 sided and had to go back in to get them after waiting now 50 minutes on my food and still didn’t get my potpie!!!

We waited for 55mins for a simple 8 pcs bucket and 2 smash potato. The staffs had the worst attitude and kept lying to us. When we was asking for a refund after 50mins, they pull out the chicken from the back and said they forgot about our order. Knowing we were checking on them every 15mins. Dont know if it is because we are asian or not, they did not even apologize to us for the wait. It is the worst experience we had in Kentucky. Dont recommend to any Asian around the area.

the service is terrible. I speak little English and the person who served me treated me very badly, just because there were things that I did not understand, for this reason they should not have people who have little patience since we love their food and we are going to consume it. I visited them on July 1 in the afternoon. I was surprised at how grumpy that person was, they had never treated me like this

Thank KFC for welcoming our band students today on our way back to Michigan. It’s nice to see a business who care about their customers even when there a customer rush unlike Wendy’s ( next door to you) who locked their doors when they saw 2 Charter busses pull in and wouldn’t let us in.
