When the cashier began to take mine and my wife’s order a customer came up to complain that his order was wrong so the cashier stopped in the middle of taking my order and walked off to go remake his order and did not return for a few more minutes. We finally get to place our order and could not find a clean table in the restaurant so we picked the one with the least amount of crumbs on it. I go to use the bathroom and decided against it when I seen the trash everywhere and the puddle of urine in the floor. This was all just a little after 11am so the restaurant had not been open long. I will never stop at this location again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from it.

Despite ordering online ahead of time, I was left waiting for a shocking 25 minutes after arrival. Zero attention at the front desk while the staff focused solely on drive-thru. Travel a lot, this is the absolute worst service. Better only operate as a drive-thru!

We stop by KFC IN CADIZ KENTUCKY. The food was cold, the fries was hard. So, I returned them and ask for some hot fries. The manager got mad. So I told her just give my money back.
