Okay KFC restaurant. Astonished by the price of the buckets with chicken. Super high. Family meal was a better deal. Bit sticky tables and chairs. Restrooms clean. Food was typical KFC food.

This was the worst food I’ve had in a long time now. The only thing that was 5 star was the woman who took my order was very kind and she did her job wonderfully considering the circumstances. Chicken wouldn’t be ready for about 20 minutes, it was expensive, we didn’t get our sauces in the bag like we had asked for, it looked like a kids meal in my opinion. If I’m paying over $10 for something to eat I expect to get my stomach full and not be digging around in the kitchen when I get home. We will not be going back there. Not as long as I have a say about it.

It doesn’t deserve 1 star. The fellow who took our order knew nothing about the menu and he either had a toothache or was not happy to be there! He was flat out rude. Window was terribly busy. We had to wait 20 minutes that’s too long for a KFC. We didn’t get our sauces and I had to go back a third time to get daughters biscuit. My wing was so tiny I first thought it was from a Cornish hen. The breast, too, was tiny. They cut portions and jack the price up. There were 2 tables that were not dirty. We took one of those, ate what we could and got out. Princeton, KY. I will never go back and every KFC is now associated with that experience.

My family and I are visiting from out of state. We went to another restaurant first but things didn’t work out there so we went to KFC. We placed our order which was an 8pc family meal. They didn’t have enough chicken prepared to make fill that order. I could understand if we were making a large purchase. Being 7pm you would think they would be prepared.

Food is okay here. Tonight I placed a $90 order. I have a family of 9 here lol. My husband went to pick it up with my 7 year old son. They waited and waited and my husband could see them placing food on the counter. They lady doing so never spoke to my husband and said this is your order or this is it or we are waiting on this or that. No communication. After a while my husband asked her if that was our order and if it was done. She proceeded with her nasty look and rude attitude towards him and said no I’m waiting on some fries. Horrible service. We usually have decent people to wait on us but this lady with too much makeup has a nasty attitude and should probably reconsider her job if she isn’t happy. Even my 7 year old noticed how hateful she was. Shame on you.

Does not deserve even 1 star !!!!!I have never felt more uncomfortable ordering food from a company . I’m paying them and they treated me like I was an inconvenience and they were annoyed that people was ordering food at the restaurant !!! I asked for honey and the girl rolled her eyes and said yes I’ll put it in your bag and told me to pull up . My order was wrong missing items and the honey was not in the bag . If people do not want to work they need to quit. I will not be spending another penny at KFC in Princeton Kentucky they have lost my business for sure and my family’s !

I typically like KFC but this location is horrible. The employees are always rude. Customers are made to feel like an inconvenience. Wait 30 minutes for food, even if you order ahead. I’m not sure we’ve ever had a positive experience at this location. Won’t be returning anymore at this point.

Slow service, yet employees were sweet and professional except for the fact that they allowed horrible food to leave the window. I ordered an 8 piece original dark meat meal with potatoes and gravy & mac n cheese. First of all the biscuits were too hard to eat as if they’d been there for hours as was the chicken. The chicken was a beautiful color but was so hard I literally chipped a tooth and had to spit out the chicken. Then the sides were cold and instead of getting 2 large sides i received 4 of each ( other than gravy). The problem with the individual sides I got was the little containers weren’t even full, maybe a little more than 1/2 full. I was sadly disappointed with the food.
