I’ve only been to the KFC on Main St. in Leitchfield Ky 2 times in the past 6 months. My 1st visit the food, staff, atmosphere & price were all horrible. Thought that I would give it another try, only to be disappointed for the 2nd time. I pulled into the restaurant lot, & was immediately surrounded by people partying in every area of the lot. The service was terrible, seemed like the staff was partying also. Waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes with only 1 car ahead of me. Then received our food that was so disgusting that we threw it away (wouldn’t even give it to our dogs). Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!

There’s a reason this place isn’t full of cars in the parking lot or drive-thru. They serve cold old food. Then when you complain you get an excuse. I’ve been twice in 3 years, and every time, it’s been inedible. They also get your order wrong. Has happened on both occasions. Ended up just throwing the food in the garbage. Save your time and money and just eat somewhere else.

They were more interested in the drive thru traffic then those trying to dine in. I literally had to whistle and wave my hands to get attention. An elderly couples had been standing for 10 minutes. After we placed our order. Another couples had come in while I was heading to the restroom. I had returned to my table and had asked where the couple had went. The elderly couples said they left .

If I could give o star’s I would have. Our order was so messed up and the chicken we did receive was old n dry. We called back that same night and spoke with someone claiming to be the manager. We were told all we had to do was come back with our receipt and our order would be replaced. We done that but we were told no by one female manager there and she kept telling us to talk to the guy manager. Over a week now and I have left my name and number with someone and they said he would called back. I just called again and this time the manager was very hateful because I kept questioning her why this wasn’t getting taken care of. First off who ever owns this store needs to get their managers in line and quit lying and being rude.

Much to be desired. The staff was nice and courteous, but the freshness of the food was much to be desired. This was the third time our food was below expectations within the last month. They even brought a small bag of bbq sauce which we requested to our car and the packages were all covered in old busted bbq sauce and we’re so sticky the whole condiments bag was a mess. Make this your last stop for chicken unless your into the not so fresh food with hard and crusty butter milk biscuits.

Sometimes the chicken is great but sometimes it’s awful. Sometimes the chicken parts is very small and they use burnt oil to fry. It’s like a roll of the dice very inconsistent. I like my chicken golden brown not almost black. Change your oil more often and stop replacing the chicken with pigeons.
