The cashier was great and the manager took care of the mistakes. However, it took a few minutes to explain to them that I ordered 4 meals not just 4 sandwiches. I even showed them me receipt. Then the soda machine was not working or treated like carbonated water. Our fries were hot on one side and Ice cold in the other. Oh, and then they didn’t put cheese on my sandwich and no napkins..

This place moves so SLOW!!! I was in line behind one car ordering food and that took over 20 mins. Since it wasn’t a rush and only one car is in the drive thru I decided to go inside. When I did I stood in line for up to 15-20 mins and was never greeted, no one said they would be with me and to make matters worse I was the only one in line! I decided to leave without getting anything. I will not be back no time soon!!!

My family and I went through their drive thru and ordered 2 5pc tender big box, one with mashed potatoes and gravy and fries as the sides and the other had mashed potatoes and gravy and macaroni and cheese as the other. Also we got a 8pc variety bucket meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and macaroni and cheese for the two sides for this meal. When we got back to my mom’s house, we noticed that somehow, and I don’t know how it’s possible, but the tenders for both boxes were over cooked on the outside and under cooked on the inside. Then the 8pc that was supposed to be a variety bucket was nothing but dark meat. We weren’t happy at all. Especially my mother and I about our tenders. We’d give it a zero rating if we could and we’re not going back there again. They couldn’t even tell me on the phone after I asked the manager the question if they sold livers and gizzards. Instead, he went on about how they had door dash, we could order online, go through the drive thru, etc. He never even answered my question.

First time through- wrong drink. Drove through again to get an iced tea and it smells and tastes like mold. Tried to call the store to let them know and they have a FAX machine connected to the number. Attempted to call corporate to let them know and sat on hold for almost 10”. Finally gave up.
