Went here Thursday to KFC 30th street, Heath Ohio. for dinner, walked inside at 8:30pm and was told they were already closed inside please us drive through. So went to drive through and ordered. They said they needed to substitute my crispy chicken with original for lack of crispy. No problem I say. Then when I get to window they take my money and then inform me they don’t have 2 of my sides as well. Not offering my money back asking was that ok. I said no it’s not ok, please refund my money and I’d go elsewhere. The manager asked me what I expected coming there at 8:50 and they close at 9:00. I said I was here at 8:30 but they sent me through the drive through behind several other cars and now it’s 20 minutes later. I just wanted my food I paid for. And then an employee started laughing because the manager had said this. I said real mature laughing about the situation and the manager said she wasn’t. I said no ! it was your employee. I then asked for my money be put back on my card and she said she did that but I’ve yet to see the return

After a long tiring weekend my husband went through the drove through for 2 breast meals. The worst chicken I’ve ever had. It’s dried out and stale. Tasts terrible. Sunday October 2 2022. I’ve learned my lesson from this place. It’s not the first time chicken is stale and dried out. What a disappointment when I was so hungry. NEVER again. On a lighter note, my dogs liked it

We had ordered 90 pieces of chicken from Kroger in Hebron to be picked up this morning for a funeral meal. When we went to get it they informed us that their fryers were down and they couldn’t do it. We were expecting 100 people for the meal. Upon calling this store they jumped into action. Within 30 minutes the chicken was done packed up and out the door. Thank you so very much. You saved the day.

absolutely adore the woman upfront her name is sherry if i’m not mistaken. she’s always been so kind to everyone and especially every time i go in there as a doordash driver. i’ve watched her been walked all over and yelled at and just people be so rude to her wether it’s coworkers or customers. do better people and someone please giver her a raise.

Went and got 2 of the new crispy chicken sandwiches, at the window we asked if they could add on a side of fries because we forgot them and we were told we had to go back through the drive-thru and reorder because they were too busy when there was only two cars behind us and nobody at the speaker. one sandwich was still pink on the inside, and the other had some kind of hair or fuzz cooked into the breading. when we called and took the food back Becca was snobby and rude to us, all because we used to work there almost over a year ago. just because we quit working there doesn’t mean we’re not still customers when we’re going to buy food and giving you our money. ridiculous.

Every time I order they always say they’re running out of chicken.. and at the same time it always looks like it’s been in the warmer forever. So no one is confused, the pic is supposed to be crispy NOT original. That’s awful dark for white meat crispy.
