Food was awesome. Gravy? water. I called and asked if they had Au Jus before I mentioned it just to be safe. The person on the phone didn’t seem to know what I was even talking about Au Jus wise, proceeded to inform me it would only be runny if someone added too much water. If you dip the potatoes, it’s not horrible I guess. Side note we had another potatoe with gravy not already combined and that seemed fine. All in all not bad, the side gravy though..

The food was actually inedible. The chicken tenders didn’t even look cooked. They tasted awful and the texture was just horrible. They gave us no sauce for our 8 tenders, no napkins, no cutlery. And as always no cookie with the famous bowl meal. The wait was extra long which had me hopeful the food was fresh, even though we were the ONLY people in line. The staff was rude too. What a horrible dining experience. I contacted KFC online and they offered me a voucher through the mail. Ya know, so I can buy more subpar undercooked chicken in a few weeks? Forget the fact that we’re hungry NOW and wasted money TODAY. Avoid this place unless you like your chicken tenders rare

Save your $and time at this location. Service is below par and the quality of the food is not up to standard. Definitely understaffed and found the chicken over fried. Fries overcooked,dry and tasteless. Coleslaw portion not up to par. Manager needs to retrain staff and correct. Waiting 45 minutes is not fast food. Gotta love it, it’s finger licking frustrating.

Got 6 Buffalo wing. They were swimming in sauce. Tiny, no meat, greasy, spongey. One bite and threw them out. Got the chicken sandwich. The piece of chicken was huge . But old, dry, and hard. Got the fries, another one biter. I like salt and seasoning but these were so over salted and seasoned that it gave me that sour jaw feeling.

Used the drive through. Chicken tenders? Nope all out of those…ok chicken breast? Don’t have any of those. Settled for a pot pie. Ordered the large sides for the kids. We get home and no pot pie. Not answering the phone. If this was the first time they were out of chicken…maybe I would let it go but this is pretty regular. Great location to open a chicken joint….you guys should consider it.

They gave 1 side not 2 like the meal comes with, ordered all white meat, got the standard with dark too. Ordered large side and the mash potatoes had no gravy. Who does that… arrogant teenager working the drive through. I guess I should hold up the line and check my order, because clearly who made it is incompetent and who bagged it too. The receipt SAYS mash/gravy, also individual. Plan to reach out to the manager and corporate. I guess I should of waited in the line for raising canes. Will not be returning to this KFC anymore. Went here a couple weeks ago got the tender family meal waited 15 minutes just to order and another 25 just to get my food when we got back to our hotel the chicken was raw potatoes were really runny and Mac and cheese still looked frozen called the store no answer no manager working finally got a hold of a manager she said she would call me back to see if I could get a refund since I no longer had the food and I haven’t heard anything since then it’s been a out a week and a half since I talked to her definitely do not recommend this place

Terrible place. I had to repeat my order 4 times before the old guy behind the order finally got it right. The chicken was greasy and the fries were cold and hard. Then we had to listen to the manager yell at two employees who were two hours late for their shift. Never again!
