Rider’s Harmony
The gal who took our order was pleasant, and our order for the 4 of us was all correct. It took a while to get our order but it seemed like there was only 2 workers in there but the gal who took and made our order was the only person I saw working at that time. Before we left I did see another worker on the food line preparing an order. It was not busy during the time we were there. The food was pretty good, the only thing that wasn’t was the corn was old and dry, and the KFC bowl was skimpy portion-wise. Otherwise the food was good.

Very strange place. After we ordered, various employees kept asking us to repeat it. They still somehow only gave us half. We had to tell them it again, and instead of bringing us 2 famous bowls they brought out two small things of just potatoes. We told them again what we wanted and repeated no gravy, they still put in gravy. My bowl somehow ended up having what smelled like diced onions and carrots in it. The bowl doesn’t even originally come with that.

Ordered my chicken sandwiches without pickles they guy was very upset and said only one was ordered that way. Had us pull up to bring them out and he literally took the pickle off and part of the bun but the pickle juice was still there. Not cool dude.

Every single time I go to this location, they do not give me the right stuff or something is missing, even AFTER they’ve repeated my order to me 3 times prior. It is every single time I go. Not only that I waited 20 min for them to being out my food to which the manager came out twice. The first time to even ask me what I was waiting on. Told me I was waiting for the Mac n cheese. Came out a 2nd time and asked if I was okay with 7 legs and 1 thigh because I ordered an 8pc bucket. I said sure, because I was tired of waiting at this point. I get home with my food and I was given 2 Leg mashed potatoes and 1 lg Cole slaw with the bucket. When what I ordered was, an 8pc bucket, Lg mashed potato with gravy, Leg Mac n cheese and a Lg side of cole slaw. So what exactly did I wait the extra time for when I didn’t even get what he said I was “waiting on.” This is every single time. It is ridiculous at this point and I won’t be going back to this location. 43160

The only reason I’m giving this one stars because the food is still good. Honestly going to have a hard time going back. It’s very clear that the actual owner doesn’t care about the place. You can tell they don’t even have the heat on it’s been freezing the last four five times we’ve been in there. The parking lot is a Wreck-It needs re-done it’s been that way for years. The dining room is absolutely disgusting it’s not being clean properly at all. The big positive we will give it is the food is actually still good oh, that is if you can somehow manage to get your order correct and get them to understand what you’re ordering
