HORRIBLE SERVICE! OVERCOOKED FOOD! Waited 25 MINUTES for a 2 Peice combo! 6 other people were waiting in the parking lot for their orders and they waited at least 15 minutes for them each, as well. Meanwhile 2 other orders went straight through drive through during the 25 minute wait for my 2 pieces of chicken. When I finally received my chicken, it was ALMOST BURNT! MEAT INSIDE BREADDING WAS DRY! It was like it had sat under a heat lamp or warm box for too long! Don’t go here if you expect quality KFC standard food or are in a hurry. Last resort only. Go to a different KFC location if you want better quality.

First issue happened not too long ago when I ordered a Famous Bowl in the drive through only to get home and find there was NOT ONE piece of chicken in my bowl. Drove back and was berated by the manager, but was given my correct food. Today, order food in the drove through and I was asked to pull up and wait. After 15 minutes, and seeing multiple cars leave with food, I pull around and ask, only to be told they had instructed another employee that was off at 5:30 to bring my food out to me. It was then 5:45, and I had actually seen the employee leaving with bags of food that was meant to be MINE. Low and behold, instead of giving me the nuggets that came with my meal, they gave me ONE SINGLE chicken strip. Absolutely not worth your time to go here. Go spend the money on Popeyes, or better yet, a locally owned establishment.

I went for drive through yesterday around 6:00 PM ordered 4 pieces chicken only and the spoke broken English had my order ready ( 4 pieces chicken) tried to charge me $15.79 then I said it’s not right and he asked me how much??? I said 4 pieces chicken only supposed to be $11.79 what the really rude attitude didn’t want to give me the receipt until I asked for then I asked why you tried to charge me @15.79 ??? He said 4 pieces chicken meal more expensive but I didn’t order that do you understand???

Went in to order an 8 piece nugget meal. Told they didn’t have fries. Asked if I wanted a different side I said I’ll just take the nuggets and drink. I ordered a large drink. They gave me a medium. Asked for kfc sauce and bbq. They gave me honey mustard. Asked for a receipt because I was still charged meal price. The receipt machine doesn’t work. It’s always something with this store. They never have anything. They should have a 2nd window so you can go and exchange the wrong stuff for the right stuff you ordered.

Visited this location twice. Both times were really disheartening. Ordered online – a bucket, tenders and sides. Approached the drive thru to receive it and they said I have to come inside to get it. Went inside and they couldn’t give me the order because the machines were down and had to show my bank app that I was charged already. Lady eventually gave me the order after 15-20 minutes of waiting – while I was seeing other people at the drive thru receive their orders. Not sure why my order was a different case. Second visit only got a bucket. Both times the chicken was absolutely horrid, they seemed like they were sitting under heat lamps for more than an hour, the meat was so dry and inedible, skin was soggy and overseasoned. The dining area was very disgusting and unclean. Chairs all over the place, no organization. Not coming to any KFC again.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!!!!!! On Sept 9th my husband went threw their drive thru shortly before they closed and instead of giving us fresh food they gave us the nastiest dried out food that had been sitting so long that the chicken could of broke teeth, but that was not the worst part of it. There was a piece of chicken that was UNIDENTIFIABLE ! At first I thought mabey they fried several pieces together and they stuck that way but the more I looked at this piece it just didnt look like that was possible. I had to take multiple photos of this piece of chicken just to show how strange it actually looked. My husband said the 2 smaller pieces he ate (before we even seen the UNIDENTIFIABLE one) made him feel sick to his stomach . The mac and cheese was disgustingly dry as well. And if this was not bad enough, we paid for 16 piece’s and only got 8, there was no biskets and we were missing 2 gravys and one side so we didnt even get half our order!! I have repeatedly tried to get this franchise to answer my complaint and they have done NOTHING but ignore it.

This was second time we ordered at this place and we deeply regret it. We were dissatisfied the first time but we decided to give it another try, but it was very disappointing again. Terrible terrible chicken, not fresh looked like it had been from the day before so very dried and it looked like it was reheated not fresh at all, yet I ended up waiting like 10 minutes for my order and i was the only customer at the time, even though this was already an online order that i should’ve just been able to pick up because on my phone it said it would be ready before I even arrived at the place.
