Ordered online and I pull up and only 1 car in the drive-thru. I’m in no rush, I walk in to pick up my order, only see 2 people working I tell the lady my name she gets my food I ask for plates and forks she ask me if I put it in with my order I say no. Remember they are not at all busy and I’m in no rush. 5 min later she ask the other employee to get me the plates like I was bothering them. He ask with a huge attitude if I asked for them in the order? No I did not didn’t think it was that big of a deal. I’m done!! Now I’m in a bad mood over plates?? I’m done !! And I bet management won’t respond to this

Order was messed up. Wanting to charge $2 for water. The guy had me pull up to the door to wait for the order where I found the drink was not good [out of syrup] and he got an attitude when I asked him to change it out for another drink. Which he only filled half way. Also didn’t give any sauces or utensils. I won’t be back.

I was tired and hungry and it was late. I forgot to ask for change back and in today’s day and age you literally have to tell some people to give YOUR change back. Called afterwards never got the return call back to fix the situation. If you go there and pay cash you have to ask for your change back.

Ordered the new chicken nuggets and they said the wait would be about 2 minutes but the person that makes them was on break.( U can’t just drop 16 nuggets in the deep fryer?) But I pulled over and waited almost 15 minutes thought they forgot about me and my food . No napkins no utensils for the sides and the dipping sauces were wrong asked for ranch and BBQ got honey mustard.

This location was horrible. They didn’t have everything I asked for. They took all my money. I pulled over and seen items missing. I had to turn around and go inside. What I was charged for they didn’t even have. I had to supplement it for something else. Horrible Horrible experience. Go somewhere else.

Everytime I come to this location my order is wrong smh I ordered a famous mashed potato bowl and there wasn’t any chicken just potatoes smh I keep giving them a chance to redeem themselves but Im so sick of throwing my money away! I’ll just go somewhere else. This location needs help. They have employees but they are not professional. The worst customer service I have ever received.

I decided to pick up dinner after work. Had to wait for food to be cooked. So it was fresh. I feel like KFC as a whole is trying to hard to compete with Popeyes. I hope they find their groove and go back to what made KFC great.

Visited this location last night and ordered a $20 meal figured out it was for dark meat and said I would pay the normal price which is $26. They had to check if they had white and said they did….. I paid 6 extra dollars to get 2 wings 1 leg and the rest thighs. No breast which is the only piece I eat. They could have told me they didn’t have it I would have changed to original or even left with my money. Not only that but the crispy chicken I asked for wasn’t crispy and wayyy to dark. You live and learn, I will not be going back here and if you chose to please check your food before leaving and good luck. UPDATE: spent over 40 minutes in line behind 4 cars 2 left and the others got orders. The lady took my order asked for my drink then told hold for a moment that moment turned into over 15 before I gave up and went next door to Popeyes. Guess I’ll attempt this again in about another year or so and see if anything changes. I don’t even understand how this place is running or making a profit to stay open.

Service was horrible place was very dirty my feet was sticking to the floor a girl was left at a register by herself that didn’t even know what she was doing at all she had to keep going to hunt down a manager took real long to order food everyone was complaining no one was in a happy mood food was dry over done and hard potatoes didn’t have hardly any gravy on them ate over half of the potatoes with no gravy at the end I made a to go order and ordered 1lg Mac and cheese and 1 LG Cole slaw either one did not have a LG size portion in them enough to feed 1 and half people I said something they didn’t do or say anything to me so I just ordered 2 more which I should have just returned them because the other one was the same was I watched the lady scoop them up she put litterley 1spoon full and a half spoon full even the potato bowls were very skimpy not like they used to make them and on top that there prices went up even more for lesser food will not return
