KFC really has some good chicken it’s unfortunate that it always depends on who’s working the chicken it feeds well initially especially when it’s hot but the thing that I love about KFC is it doesn’t make any difference whether you eat it then or you heat it up it always maintains it’s good flavor and taste so even when you have to heat it up it’s still good chicken I can’t say that for other chicken restaurants once you have to reheat it it gets real nasty

The younger boy acted like it was a problem to ring me up for a regular size cake because he originally rung me up for a min cake and I didn’t even know they made mini cakes now but he just seemed so rude. And there was one female manager there and she was running the whole show alone even fixing the rude cashier’s mistakes in the process !

Came for the $10 8pc offered in the app. Set my pickup time for 730pm. When I arrived the guys had just dropped a batch of extra crispy which I was more than happy to wait for. Corey, the manager, was extremely friendly and generous even offering me a few biscuits on the house for my wait which was a nice gesture. Not many places do things like that today. These guys were working hard making sure every order was getting completed in a timely manner. My order was hot, fresh, crispy, and juicy. Thank you gentlemen for a fantastic meal.

Only three people were working, and 2 knew what to do. No one wore a hairnet, and no gloves while handling food. The quality of the chicken has gone down, as the wings and thighs were small pieces. Will not be eating from here any longer. Not worth it.

The level of professionalism this employee displayed REALLY WAS SHOCKING.(BEYOND RUDE) Clapping and banging the counter while speaking to customers over her headset. We all are in a position at times when we are short staffed. Please remind this woman that she filled out the application to work for KFC and that the same people she continues to be rude and curt with while working, are the same ones that keep her employed. I do hope this reaches her and her staff. Using language that is unacceptable and ignoring customers isn’t the way to go. We all have bad days, especially in customer service. Being nasty and mean when a customer asks questions about the menu does not warrant the type of behavior that I witnessed.
