Asked for tendies, got thighs instead. Sides were correct though. Mac and Cheese was good. Mashed potatoes needed enough salt to drive a political campaign just to be palatable. Will not return even if I was given free food and a box of coupons. I will be telling all of my one local friend not to go here.

I don’t even know where to start, this don’t even deserve any star at all. Worst customer service I have experience. We had put in an online order at 9:55am and got an email saying it will be scheduled for 10:31am. I got to the store at 10:50am seems like nothing was up and ready stopped at drive thru since there weren’t any customers at all and had no answer. So I went inside and went to the counter and told 1 of the lady that I had an online order and she looked for it and started making it. Then another lady or employee walked in with a wendys bag that had tattoos on her face mumbling dang we just open 5 seconds. I was just a little taken back because I wasn’t sure if she was talking to me or someone else but of course no one else was there. And on top of that what you mean 5 seconds when its almost 11am and you opened at 1030am. She went to the hmi or cash register and started accusing me yall cancelled the order and I’m lost and frustrated already because of her uncalled attitude. I called my bf to confirmed if he cancelled or not. He said he did not cancel it but he received another email at 1030 stating it did not go thru. At this time this rude lady kept pacing somewhere else did not even offer if I still wanted to put that order in. She definitely was showing that she did not want to be there. I said we did not cancel it so how can it be cancelled and eventually she said something in between the lines that yall can put it in again and I said I do want to order from a place that treats you like this and walked out. Just horrible customer service didn’t even wash her after eating her wendys and accusing us for there possibility of canceling it themselves. which could have been easily handled differently instead of the nasty attitude that was given to me. NEVER again that I will be going to that location.

Rarely order from kfc and every time I do I end up disappointed. Decided to get the 20$ fill up after working night shift and before going in to my next night shift at the hospital. The pieces of chicken included in the 8 count are tiny as pictured. They give you three “large” sides that are not in the actual large containers. One coleslaw and two mash and gravy but only give you one small side cup of gravy for both. Such a waste of money every time.

No stars for this place. The black lady that is the manager is the worst of all the employees. Not a good example to her staff memebers of what customerr service is. Went to pick up a doordash and she said she already gave it to another driver and when I made the report to doordash customer service she didnt want to speak to the staff member in line, he just needed her to verify that I was present at the store so I could get paid. She was very rude at started taking loud and complaining in front of all the customers in line saying that she didn’t have to talk with no doordash customer service rep. Her attitude was when she heard me talking in spanish with the customer service rep on line. So who’s the racist here? Second time in the same store I have a situation with the same staff member, she’s a hater of latina women, it’s a shame that this company has as a store manager a woman like this. I was there for 20 minutes and they were treating customers with attitude like they are fed up and using body language and face expressions while the customer is ordering and looking at the menu. If you can’t handle working in a restaurant where its in the west side where there’s alot of latinos living, just quit. You’re life is so miserable.

No original recipe, no Cole slaw. They took my money for 2 THIGHS instead of thigh and drumstick, and 2 breasts. They gave me a drumstick with my thigh and a wing instead of a 2nd breast. But c’mon, I wanted Cole slaw and I need soft skin coz I can’t chew that crispy stuff. Horrible trip.
