I haven’t been to this KFC in awhile. Although the building & menu are outdated. Staff was friendly & food was good. Jessica was the woman that took my order & she was very energetic & friendly. I recommend you go for the food however 5 stars for the service.

A Muncie Experience
Ordered lunch during the weekday and was exceptional! The lovely lady working the register, Taqueria I believe, was very friendly, helpful and excellent at her job! The food was cooked to order and was very good! We had a KFC Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Bowl with extra gravy and corn, and biscuits. It was fairly busy during the lunch rush and the staff did a great job of handling the drive-thru along with the inside customers. Restaurant was clean as was the outside. Definitely recommend this Kentucky Fried Chicken if you are in the Gahanna, New Albany or Northwest Columbus, Ohio for lunch. A definite 5 Star establishment for food, service and overall satisfaction!

Worst location I’ve ever been to. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through for them to tell me to just come inside. I ordered nuggets and a famous bowl. It’s now been 30 minutes and I’m still waiting inside the restaurant.

Extremely horrible-chicken was old and dry, Mashed Potatoes luke warm and had to wait for biscuits. This location needs to close so people don’t waste their hard earned money on food not fit to eat. I had a couple bad experiences a long time ago at this kfc but thought I’d give them a chance. Nothing has changed

You have too many competitors in the Columbus area to care so little about service and food quality. This was our last time eating at KFC. Chicken could pass for at least 2 days old taste and the way it looked, order was wrong and I had to wait on my food and you weren’t busy! We got your message loud and clear, you don’t care, service does not matter and nor does our food quality or my business. Good-bye KFC, NEVER again.

They will most likely get your order wrong, but KFC is still the best fried chicken fast food place. I always get the bucket and the meal with it. Go for the extra crispy chicken and mash potatoes and grant. Best coleslaw for sure!

They never have biscuits available. Then it takes 20 minutes to wait and they are doughy. The last order I had, I couldn’t eat because it was too doughy. If you ask for extra butter, they give attitude. Employees NOT friendly at all. WORST KFC I’ve ever visited.

we came through the drive through a few days ago and there were no cars in front or behind us and sat at the speaker for 5 mins and no one said a word. thinking they were closed we pulled out to see 3 workers just talking and laughing behind the counter. this was around 6pm on a monday btw so they were for sure open. this is the 3rd bad experience i’ve had here in the last year. also my 3rd time going here so safe to say this restaurant just sucks and i recommend choosing another restaurant or driving a little longer to a different kfc bc the other 2 times my food has been old, cold, crusty chicken and the wrong sides.
