We love KFC and would love to eat there more often! However, it is very frustrating when almost every single time we try to go there the doors are locked! They don’t even bother to put a sign on the door anymore! We refuse to go to the drive thru when they are too inconsiderate to keep the doors open. We normally go next door and have watched many other people do the same. You are losing business by locking the doors! When we do get the opportunity to dine in, most of the staff is friendly and the food is good, but the dining area could use some improvement as far as cleanliness.

Look.. I asked if everything was there before I took off.. you checked and assured me it was… my 12pc chicken nugget wasn’t in there when I got home.. after I specifically asked you if they were, and you said yes… ♂️. Went thru and got the 8 piece extra crispy with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The only thing good was the sides. The chicken was the worst chicken I’ve ever had. Seemed to be week old chicken, if this chicken I had was the only chicken left on earth I rather starve to death then eat the chicken from KFC bellfountain I’ve had ramen noodles more enjoyable than this meal I just had $30 down the drain threw this chicken in the trash

Ordered a quick pick up before leaving home. Got to KFC my food wasn’t ready. Biscuits were raw. This was after waiting 30 mins for my order that should have been done when I got there! Never will go back again!

First time being able to go inside, order and dine in at this location in over 2 years. One thing DEFINITELY missing was the buffet, which the guy taking our order said would probably not be coming back. The service was great from the get-go, from order placement till it was ready for pick up, with upbeat attitudes all around from the staff. At least we got one of our regular eating establishments back in Bellefontaine.

My husband and I went to get lunch and we both got the 3 tender combo. The customer service was good and the service was fast but our tenders were soggy and luke warm and the biscuits that came with our meal were under done in the middle and it felt like it turned into glue in our mouths.
