Two stars for the store being completely empty but the staff was standing around talking while the entire restaurant was filthy. Chicken bones all over the lobby floor and trash can. The floor was super slippery from all the grease, it was as if they mopped the lobby with grease water. I was scared to use the restroom because it was so nasty. They also messed one of our sides up and we asked for them to replace it the manager then told us, word for word, “it’s already been over the counter, we won’t take it back” when I told her the mess up was on their end, her response was “that’s not my problem. “ We never have this problem with the morning manager but this bad experience just stopped us from ever coming back.

This was the best meal I’ve had in very long time at KFC… the coleslaw was fresh and looked like it was made 5 min. ago… Yum!! Mashed potatoes tasted like glue, gravy was ok but overall it was a good meal…

Waited 20 minutes for the new chicken sandwich! I wouldn’t mind if you were a restaurant that did other foods. But when you do nothing but 1 type of food it shouldn’t be a 20 minute wait. We had to drive thru the drive through a second time to ask if sandwich was done. Not good KFC. I can say at least food was hot. And manager did say sorry for wait, but you could barely hear him. Don’t think I will be back.

KFC is great! If I have one complaint it would be that they got rid of all of their weekly specials. Me and my family used to get the Tuesday special witch was buy an 8 piece get an 8 piece free. We would get that special twice a month. We still go but it was nice to get break on price from a fast food chain. Go get you some KFC they food is GREAT..

Awful experience. We wanted extra crispy, they told us it would be 20 minutes. We get original recipe instead, and then are told it will be 5 minutes and that we need to pull around to the other parking lot and they will bring it out to us. After waiting ten minutes we finally go back in to find the front counter unattended with several employees in back peeking through to the front, and the drive thru employee shouting “people at the counter”. She then says “thanks for being patient” and hands the food over. What a mess of a store. We get home and the chicken is sitting in a pool of grease in the bucket and has pieces missing skin. Unreal they’re operating to such a low standard. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I got good service my order was correct had to wait for dark meat but was worth it. The little chicken 5$ fill up was perfect. My only issue was mashed potatoes. I use to love them but now not so much because you can tell they are instant reminds of school potatos. They should see about trying a real potato mashed potato instead of instant people would love it.

This place was a joke! 2 customers before us were waiting over 40 min. Employees hid in the back and would not respond to our request to speak to a manager. After several requests and 20 min later, night manager came up and refunded our order with only a “sorry for your wait” the other 2 customers were not even acknowledge. Drive thru was backed up 6 cars deep from the speaker, drivers said manager was out smoking with other employees. Horrible customer service! Day time might be different, but the night crew no work ethic.

The food we got was fine. However we had to order tenders when we really wanted a bucket of chicken, but they were out! KFC was out of that kind of chicken. ? And the lady before me wanted extra crispy and they were out of that too. This was on a weekend at dinner time. The staff was not very helpful or apologetic. I could also see the area were the coleslaw and mashed potatoes were, and it was pretty dirty.
