Worst KFC experience I’ve ever had. Ordered 3 different meals with drinks which cost me $18 just to be shorted 2 sides of mashed potatoes and gravy. I only ordered one regular fry and got 3 large ones, old and stale too. The 3 Sierra mists tasted spoiled so I threw them out. The popcorn chicken was hard and dry. I we couldn’t eat any of it but the 2 biscuits and side of mac n cheese. I wish I had my $18 back and I’m still hungry.

The food was okay. What I found concerning was the personal appearance of the cashier and the fry cook who put bags of chicken on the ground, oriented the freezer door, and then loaded product. The store cleanliness needs some improvement. Definitely not coming back.

The night shift manager has a poor memory and also has comprehension issues. She charged me for 2 separate orders making it more than it should’ve been and I had to drive back through because she forgot to give me part of my order she had to ring up separately

Staff was rude. Manager was not paying attention to what was going on. 1 employee texting on phone, 1 going outside, cashier had to tell manager thru headset twice to tell the girl to get off her phone then finally screamed it out, line of people. Out of original recipe so had to have extra crispy or none. Potatoes were cold and dry, mac n cheese was nasty!!! Was definitely not worth the money and we wont be returning.

Store is lacking on keeping frequently sold items in stock. Been at different times of the day and have had to make substitutions. If I wanted to go to the store for biscuits I would have gotten the chicken there too.

Last time I came here, the wait took a long time, but with a big order before hand, it’s understandable. My mom ordered a bbq chicken sandwich, but didn’t have much barbeque on it. My food was also a bit cold.

I was at the Napoleon Ohio location and was sickened by the condition of the lobby. It was filthy. The floor had water all over it, every table was dirty and the 5 or 6 workers that they had were talking filthy and looking at there phone instead of doing there job. I won’t be back to this location.
